Every Hall's Safety order can be located within your customer portal, and you can also return your products for exchange or refund following a couple easy steps.

Once you locate the order and the product you want to return/exchange simply print return label then select return and a return slip will be provided. Please include the return slip within the package before shipping.

Hall's Safety is here to help you with your purchase and we also understand every transaction is not over unless you are completely satisfied.

General Returns

  • Most products can be returned within 30 days. Simply follow the steps below to start a return or contact us and we can help. Shipping costs may apply.
  • The Perfect Fit Option for boots is available to secure shipping free and extends your return window up to 1 year. Perfect Fit Option is available upon checkout and cannot be purchased after your product is shipped.

Returns beyond 30 days

  • Will be subject to restocking fees up to 10% subtracted from return or exchange credit. In some cases this may not apply but is to the discretion of Hall's Safety on a per item basis.

Discontinued or Special Orders

  • Special orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Discontinued or Clearance items may be rejected for return or subject to a restocking fee up to 25%.
  • All restocking fees are at the discretion of Hall's Safety.

Hall's Boots

  • Hall's Boots come with a 1 year Limited Replacement Warranty.
  • Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials only.
  • Warranty does not cover
      • Scuffs or Scratches
      • Normal Wear and Tear
      • Abuse of Materials
      • Any modifications or alterations 
      • Waterproofing or finish
  • Warranty is good for 1 Replacement and is not transferrable
  • Shipping will be required by the customer unless Perfect Fit Option is purchased with the original purchase.

Closeout/Aged Stock

Sometimes we encounter older inventory or slower moving sizes that we determine to be heavily discounted. Below is the most common reasons we place products into this status:

  • Stock primarily in boots or anything that is beyond the age of any warranty
  • Items sold As-Is and does not carry any warranty from the manufacturer 
  • Items may not meet standard safety standards due to age
  • Finish may be not be as new or intended appearance 
  • Items are in "new" condition and simply aged
