This puller is used to pull out cable prior to the lashing operation. The main body of the Cable Puller is a rugged one-piece aluminum casting. Two hardened steel rollers are provided to ride on either 5/16″ or 1/4″ strand. When pull-out pressure is released, a brake automatically holds the Cable Puller in position.
