THE STORY OF MY THREE GO-CARTS!!

Chapter I

I raced my first go-cart at Pine Hill Speedway.  I rolled it three times when I hit a slippery puddle.  Since I was wearing a helmet, I was not injured.

I painted by go-cart purple, because it is my favorite color.  I also raced at Brookville, Pa., as well as Pine Hill Speedway.  I didn't like Pine Hill Speedway, because they put big tires around the inside of the track.  They do this so no one could drive in the middle of the track. This is dangerous because sometimes you need to make an emergency stop!

I might sell my first go-cart because it is too old to race.  it is a Yamaha go-cart.  I enjoy racing go-carts, and when I grow up, I would like to race a modified race car.  My Dad and Grandpa both race modified race cars!  Dad's race car is number B4 and Grandpa's is B2 and my number is B3.

Chapter II

I got my second go-cart for my 8th birthday.  The color of the go-cart is red and the padding and the seat is black.  I have had it for about 2 years.  I drive it in the snow and sun.  It is a lot of fun to drive through the mud and puddles!

Chapter III

My third go-cart is not completely put together yet, but is almost done.  I have the tires on the wheels, steering wheel, front axle and the back axle.  I got it for Christmas.

My dad said, "Ryan, go look in the computer room.".  I went up and looked in.  I saw a bunch of shiny new go-cart parts!  I said, "Cool, thanks Dad!!!!"

Then we brought all the things downstairs.  My Dad brought the tool box
over.  He dropped it on the floor and he almost stepped on a nail!  We had to pick all the nails and tools up.

Chapter IV

I've been racing this year already at Slippery Rock Pa.  It's lots of fun.  Especially when I win.
